Step 1: Performance Audits & Opportunity Analysis
When working with any new client, we always start by helping them to identify how well they are currently performing. And especially in relation to how they should be performing, given their present circumstances.
Wherever possible, we also help them to identify how much they can potentially gain if they achieve their suggested targets. Then, we also help them to understand which resources may be needed, in order to achieve their desired objectives.
And once all of this information is available, we then help our clients to communicate all of the key details to their relevant team members or agencies.

Step 2: Strategy & Business Case Development
After all of the initial information has been gathered, and once all of the relevant opportunities have been explored, we then approach our clients with each of our recommendations.
And once the relevant strategy options have been discussed, we then help our clients to identify (and quantify) the types of resources that they’ll potentially need, in order to achieve their desired objectives.
Then, we help them to create some very strong business cases that can support their investment decisions. And we can help them to obtain any sign offs that they are looking for where necessary.
We always include a clear summary of all expected benefits (both monetary and non-monetary) and all likely costs. Then, once all investment decisions have been finalised, we help them to set up their new activities as necessary.
Step 3: Service Delivery & Resource Management
When it comes to implementing the agreed service strategy, we can potentially work in 3 different ways. And these are as follows:
- By providing the services directly ourselves
- By managing our specialist partners in each of the relevant service areas
- By working with your agencies or in-house teams, to make sure that all services are being delivered as effectively as they can be
And we can potentially work in several of these ways at once, depending on the nature of the agreed service mix.
But no matter which of the 3 options are chosen, we’ll always ensure that the right AI solutions are used in the most optimal way possible, and that our client always has the maximum possible amount of performance visibility.
