Our Personalisation Process
During the onboarding stage, we’ll gather lots of relevant information and put together comprehensive and secure personalisation documents, that’ll really help to heavily personalise all upcoming outputs from the AI tools. This will normally include documents that summarise:
- Business goals and relevant competitor information
- KPI’s, targets and relevant performance reports
- Company finances and budget details
- Organisation structures and key process overviews
- Company culture and HR related materials
- Ideal customer profiles (to identify target audiences)
- Brand guidelines and tone of voice materials
- Marketing materials and published content examples
- Sales materials, processes and pipeline information
- Client agreements and key CRM details
Wherever possible, we always use the materials that already exist to speed up the process, but we can work with in-house personnel to create new documentation wherever helpful.
When each of the relevant documents are ready, we then start to use them alongside very advanced prompting techniques, in order to get the best possible outputs from AI tools.
Project Management & Ongoing Services
After all AI generated advice has been generated, our consultants can then supply a number of helpful follow up documents, before then helping them to finalise their relevant strategies. These documents usually include:
