Before we start providing consultancy to individual teams, we always work with the relevant team leaders to communicate the following:
The team’s objectives, and how they align with the company’s stated goals
The relevant team structure, alongside key roles and responsibilities information
The key details on all regular processes and time records (where possible)
Any relevant skill development objectives (across the team)
Any key and team specific commercial information (such as client and supplier info)
Any key information that relates to data and technologies
Wherever possible, we always use the materials that already exist to speed up the process, but we can work with in-house personnel to create new documentation wherever helpful.
When each of the relevant documents are ready, we then start to use them alongside the master company summary document, and also some very advanced prompting techniques, in order to get the best possible outputs from the relevant AI tools.
